Joe Fowler is a musician, visual artist, and educator from Corner Brook, Newfoundland. His sound projects find their home in a range of venues, from art galleries to basements and bars. He is one half of the experimental electronic music duo Wite Rino. His latest musical project, Dream Tower, will be released on May 1st, 2025, on Milltown Records.
