Once described by one of her favourite local DJs as being a "joy dealer," Groceries curates a unique signature sound that pulls from juke, Jersey club, acid house, and techno. She has been contributing to Halifax's iconic underground raves and independent festivals around the maritimes since moving to the city 3 years ago. She seeks cohesion while keeping the crowd guessing as she offers cross-genre connections you wouldn't expect.  

In 2023, Groceries joined forces with best pal turned sonic collaborator, Hotmail Summer, to debut their first b2b feature on Yung Dumb Records' monthly spot on n10.as. Fueled by a shared love for wonky, high-energy electronic music, their seamless chemistry guarantees a feel-good dance party wherever they roam.

Emerging from the dimly lit dance floors of Kjipuktuk/Halifax, Hotmail Summer’s penchant for all things freaky and fun keeps dancers energized and on their toes. With her playful selections that explore different genres, tempos, and feelings through electronic music, she has spent the past two years making an impression on the underground rave circuit and at independent music festivals around the East Coast.

Corey Clocksy is a vinyl DJ from Montreal, currently residing in St. John’s. He believes that a record collection can be a life story, and a selection from the collection an anecdote, storytelling through timbres + textures + beyond.

Augur's Wand is a live laser music performance duo, featuring a vector synthesis music system created in Max MSP and Ableton Live. The project is a collaboration between composers Kristian North and Mike Cassidy.
