Montreal's Shunk seamlessly blend a myriad of musical influences {Post-Punk, Dreampop, Shoegaze, lndie Pop, Opera) to form their own specific sonic palette. Their eccentric and electrifying live performances reflect their city's ever-evolving, boundary-pushing music scene. Vocalist Gabrielle is able to embody multiple personas physically and vocally, singing opera one minute and yelling in borderline hardcore moments the next. This is all grounded by a honed rhythm section consisting of Adrian and Julia, and shimmering, synth inspired guitar parts from Peter.
