They are a frequent host and performer for organizations including Lawnya Vawnya, the Festival of New Dance, St. John's International Circusfest, and The Wonderbolt Circus. Backslash is the resident cephalopod of St. John's stickiest drag collective, the Phlegm Fatales, infamous for their theatrical immersive drag shows and the trail of ooze they leave everywhere they travel.
